Maayan Health is a personalized, data-driven approach to nutrition and lifestyle coaching designed to help you build sustainable habits and long-term health.

Welcome — I’m Yael, your health coach bestie. At Maayan Health, we move beyond guesswork and dieting and instead focus on understanding your body and the habits that shape your health.

This work starts with awareness. Together, we use tools like continuous glucose monitoring through Levels, along with simple food and lifestyle tracking, to observe how your body responds to food, sleep, stress, and movement in real time.

We also hold ourselves accountable by tracking our energy intake just as much as our output. We never forget to turn our Apple Watches on before a workout — so why aren’t we paying attention to what we’re putting into our bodies?

This is not about calorie counting or restriction.

It’s about recognizing habits and patterns, understanding how your body works, and using that knowledge to make better choices with confidence.

At Maayan Health, you’ll learn how to:

• eat in a way that keeps you full longer
• keep blood sugar stable and avoid energy crashes
• reduce cravings and mood swings
• understand what to eat, when to eat, and why it works

Meet the founder

I’m a certified health coach, integrative nutrition expert, and longtime cycling instructor, and my greatest passion is helping others feel at home in their bodies again. Since 2014, I’ve been on the bike, first at Flywheel Sports, then five years at SoulCycle, and now teaching cycling and cardio–Pilates fusion and sculpt classes at a boutique studio in suburban Philadelphia. Music, movement, and energy have always been my entry point into transformation.

My deeper work began after my second child was born in 2020, when my body and mood felt different in a way I couldn’t ignore. Living with infertility, hypothyroidism, anxiety, and depression led me to functional and integrative medicine, where I immersed myself in the brain-gut axis, the vagus nerve, blood sugar balance, and nervous system regulation. Books like Good Energy and Glucose Revolution confirmed what I was living: we’re not “broken,” we’re often just disconnected from the habits that truly nourish us.

I believe our body is our résumé, and we are the habits we keep. If you’re ready to feel more vibrant in your own skin, I’d love to walk that path with you.
